This is the point at which I thought the BS was going to start. Steve Rowe from KBC promptly contacted me for additional information, and said he would get back to me. Given the condition of my hands, the case issue was especially important. I sent an E-mail complaint to KBC emphasizing that I don't think that the bit should have failed and that the product I received differed from what was depicted at the time of purchase. While it may have been due to operator error, the smallest one promptly broke. ![]() ![]() The bits were so hard to remove that I had to cover the one I wanted with a cloth and pull it out of the foam with pliers. I received the center drills in a plastic case. I chose the set in a wooden box in order to be able to easily get them in and out and to avoid losing them by putting the cover on when not in use. ![]() I recently ordered a KEO Cutters center drill set from KBC Tools and Machinery.
